Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Once your order is delivered, we are unable to accept any returns. However, at MrAchaari, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the product you ordered is not available and you have already made the payment.
- If the product was damaged during the delivery process, we may ask you to provide a picture of the damaged item.
- If the product was lost during transit and the delivery could not be completed.
Please keep in mind that MrAchaari has the right to cancel any order for any reason. In some cases, we may need additional information to process your order. If your order or a part of it is canceled, we will inform you accordingly.
If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.
